1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Feel Your Phone, including our desktop visualizer, mobile controller client, WebSocket relay infrastructure, and developer SDKs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Permitted Use & Hardware Safety
Feel Your Phone connects your device hardware motion sensors to browser 3D graphics in real time. You agree to operate your mobile device responsibly and maintain a secure physical grip during motion testing. We are not liable for accidental drops or physical hardware damage resulting from excessive shaking or vigorous gestures.
3. Intellectual Property
The software, mathematics, coordinate transformations, 3D shader configurations, brand assets, and interface designs are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. 3D device mockup geometries are referenced for visual demonstration and spatial tracking interfaces.
4. Service Availability & Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis during beta releases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted latency or packet delivery over public wireless networks.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
